Crafted from Sterling silver with high relief floral repouss work to the front silver panel and the gorgeous attached swivel bale, and a plain panel to the rear. Inside we find the four fancy edged ivorine celluloid leaves which all slide and return perfectly, one of which has original notes from a century ago! Nicely proportioned at 4cm x 3cm
