Common side effects These are the most frequently reported and usually settle with time: Nausea Vomiting Diarrhoea Constipation Stomach pain or bloating Indigestion, reflux, or burping Headache Tiredness or low energy Dizziness Injection site reactions such as redness, swelling, or itching Less common but important side effects While rare, some patients may experience more serious reactions that need medical attention: Pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas): severe and persistent abdominal pain, often spreading to the back, with or without vomiting Gallbladder problems such as gallstones: pain in the upper right abdomen, fever, or yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice) Kidney problems: worsening of existing kidney disease, especially if dehydrated from vomiting/diarrhoea Allergic reactions: rash, itching, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing Will I experience blood sugar changes
